Rückgabe & Umtausch (Kulanz)

Dear Customer,

Even though we are not legally obliged to offer returns in Switzerland, we would like to give you the opportunity to return products within a certain period as a gesture of goodwill.

1. Return period

  • As a gesture of goodwill, we grant a return period of 30 days after delivery without giving reasons (EU-compliant).

  • Please note that personalised or custom-made products are excluded from return.

2. Conditions

In order for us to process the return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Accessories, manuals or inserts are all present.

3. Return process

a) Please send an email to: in**@*wb.de

b) Please provide the following information

    • order number

    • Product name / SKU

    • Reason for return (optional)

  • We will confirm your return by email and inform you of the next steps.

4. Shipping costs

  • Standard returns shall be sent back at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

  • After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions are not met.
