General Terms and Conditions of AWB Swiss GmbH

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for products placed via the AWB Swiss GmbH online shop. By ordering products, the customer accepts these GTC.

Contract conclusion

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
  2. By clicking on the ‘Place order’ button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping basket.
  3. The contract is concluded as soon as AWB Swiss GmbH accepts the offer by sending an order confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

  1. All prices are quoted in CHF and include statutory value added tax, where applicable.
  2. The customer can select the payment methods offered in the shop.
  3. Delivery will only be made after full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in the order process.

Delivery

  1. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer.
  2. Delivery times are specified during the ordering process and are non-binding.
  3. If a product is unavailable, AWB Swiss GmbH reserves the right not to fulfil the order and to inform the customer immediately.

Retention of title

The delivered products remain the property of AWB Swiss GmbH until full payment has been received.

Returns and cancellations

In Switzerland, there is no legal obligation to take back physical products. However, AWB Swiss GmbH offers a 30-day return period as a gesture of goodwill. Details can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.

Warranty

  1. The statutory warranty rights in Switzerland apply.
  2. Complaints regarding defects must be sent immediately in writing to in**@*wb.de.

Liability

  1. AWB Swiss GmbH shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health caused by negligent breach of duty or intent.
  2. AWB Swiss GmbH shall only be liable for other damages in cases of gross negligence or intent.
