Dear Customer,
Even though we are not legally obliged to offer returns in Switzerland, we would like to give you the opportunity to return products within a certain period as a gesture of goodwill.
1. Return period
As a gesture of goodwill, we grant a return period of 30 days after delivery without giving reasons (EU-compliant).
Please note that personalised or custom-made products are excluded from return.
2. Conditions
In order for us to process the return, the following conditions must be met:
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Accessories, manuals or inserts are all present.

b) Please provide the following information
order number
Product name / SKU
Reason for return (optional)
We will confirm your return by email and inform you of the next steps.
4. Shipping costs
Standard returns shall be sent back at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 7 working days.

This is a voluntary goodwill offer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions are not met.
